From concept to delivery. Five steps, no surprises.
Experience, systems and scale come together in a process designed for accuracy and efficiency, from the first conversation to the hundredth re-order.
Understanding & planning
We define the right solution by aligning with your brand, operational needs and usage environment.
Development & production
From sampling to full-scale manufacturing, every step is structured for accuracy and efficiency.
Quality control & delivery
Strict quality checks ensure consistent output, followed by reliable delivery and ongoing support.
What happens, what you get, what we need.
Brief & alignment
We learn your operational needs, brand identity and how the uniforms will be used: roles, headcount, sites, climate, washing and budget.
You get
A role map and a recommended uniform system.
We need
Your brand guidelines, roles, headcount and target date.
Design & sampling
We develop concepts, select materials and build prototypes. Your team wear-tests them, we refine fit and detail, and then you approve a sealed sample.
You get
Designs, fabric swatches and physical samples.
We need
Feedback from the people who'll wear them.
Production setup
We plan quantities, size breakdowns, timelines and processes. Materials are booked and the schedule is confirmed before cutting starts.
You get
A confirmed production plan and delivery date.
We need
Final quantities and size split, often from our sizing sessions.
Manufacturing & quality control
Cutting, sewing, branding and finishing run on structured lines, with four quality checkpoints keeping every unit precise and consistent.
You get
Progress updates and pre-shipment approval.
We need
Nothing. This part is ours.
Delivery & ongoing support
Packed per site, department or employee and delivered on schedule. Then we run re-orders, new-joiner kits and replacements against the archived spec.
You get
Uniforms on time, and a partner for the long term.
We need
A heads-up when your team grows.
We publish the numbers we're held to.

Good questions, straight answers.
Something else on your mind? We reply within two working hours.
What is your minimum order quantity?
From 25 pieces per style for white-label garments built on our base styles, and from 100 pieces per style for fully custom designs. Larger programmes are planned with you in phases.
How long does an order take?
It depends on quantity, fabric availability and branding. We confirm a fixed delivery date at production setup, and we hit it on 96% of orders. If you have a hard deadline such as an opening or the start of a school year, tell us first so we can plan backwards from it.
Can we see samples before we commit?
Yes. Every programme goes through design and sampling, and your team can wear-test prototypes. Bulk production only starts after you approve a sealed sample.
Will re-orders match the original uniforms?
That's the point of a uniform system. We archive patterns, colour standards and trims for every programme, so re-orders and new-joiner kits match.
Do you handle sizing for large teams?
Yes. We run sizing sessions with size sets on site, then pack and label per employee, department or branch.
Is our design confidential?
Always. We sign an NDA on request, and your designs, tech packs and branding are never used for anyone else.
