Buyer FAQ

Before you send the RFQ.

Buyer visits to our Cairo studio and production are welcome. Book a time with us.

What are your MOQs?

From 25 pieces per style on white label and from 100 pieces per style on full custom. Mixed sizes count towards the style total.

Which shipping terms do you quote?

Tell us your preferred Incoterm and destination port or city, and we'll quote on that basis and coordinate with your nominated forwarder.

Can you work from our tech pack?

Yes. We work from full tech packs, reference garments or a brief. If you don't have a tech pack, our design team can create one, and it stays yours.

Will our goods qualify for duty-free entry?

It depends on your market and on the product meeting the relevant rules of origin, such as fabric source and processing. We check eligibility with you at the quotation stage, before you commit.

How do we protect our designs?

We sign an NDA on request. Your patterns, artwork and labels are used only for your orders.

Can we inspect before shipment?

Yes. Buyer and third-party inspections can be scheduled before shipment, alongside our own final inspection.
